Double crowns for Naresh and Prinkle 

CLTA, Chandigarh, November 11, 2016                In boys U-16 singles final CHART trainee of Haryana Naresh Badgujar upset his practice partner 6^th seed Shashikant Rajput of CHART Haryana in a close match. In the 1^st set both players held their serves to make it 4-4. In the 9^th game Naresh broke Shashikant’s serve and was serving for the match. In the 10^th game Naresh played intelligently and hit some big first serves to close the set 6-4.

In the 2^nd set Shashikant was leading 5-2. After that Naresh came back strongly and took next 5 games in a row to close the set and match 7-5.

In girls U-16 finals top seed CLTA trainee Prinkle Singh defeated Kavya Sawhney in straight sets. In the 2^nd game Prinkle broke Kavya’s serve and lead 2-0. After that both players held their serves and Prinkle was leading 5-3. In the 9^th game Prinkle again broke Kavya’s serve to close the 1^st set 6-3.

In the 2^nd set Prinkle played attacking game to lead 2-0. After that Kavya fought back and made it 2-2. Prinkle used her experience and forced Kavya to make unforced errors to close the set and match 6-3.
